During winter it's hard to get a lot of greens. We grow microgreens indoors so we have healthy and delicious greens all year long.

Microgreens are vegetable greens harvested just after the first leaves have developed with one set of true leaves. They are used as a nutrition supplement, a visual enhancement, and a flavor and texture enhancement. Microgreens are used to add sweetness and spiciness to foods.

We grow a variety of microgreens, including radishes, pea shoots, sunflowers, wheat berry, wheat grass, lettuce blend, arugula, basil, and more.
